State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-07-27
In effect from: 27 July 2026
This is the state-law supplement to our Privacy Policy. It applies if you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy statute, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah.
Categories and Sources
Personal information categories in scope: identifiers such as IP and cookie IDs; internet activity data describing your use of this site; and contact information only where you submitted it. Everything comes either directly from your device or via an analytics or advertising partner.
Is Data Sold or Shared?
We do not sell personal information for money. However, where advertising is served, advertising identifiers and cookie data may be shared with advertising partners, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws that sharing can itself qualify as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising’. You can opt out of it: see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
What You Can Ask For
You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, get a copy in portable form, and opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Several states additionally grant a right to appeal if we decline. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights — no price difference, no degraded access.
Requesting Action
Write to hello@earlyprintables.com describing your request. Opt-outs can also be exercised without writing at all, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser — we act on that signal automatically. Requests are verified via the email address used, handled within statutory deadlines, and may be submitted by an authorised agent holding your written permission.
